This price list includes: room cleaning service, water, gas and electricity suply, Tv LCD, hair-drier, electronic safe, air conditioning, bed linen changed weekly, kitchen wares, parking service, beach services consisting in one parasol, one deckchair and one sun bed per room.

Booking regulations and rules
Check in-out
Check in after 5 pm of arrival day and check out before 10 am of leaving day.
Payment conditions
30% deposit on booking by bank transfer or postal order. Payment of the remaining70% upon arrival at the residence.
Accepted payment
Bank transfer, Postal transfer, online payment with Paypal. We’ll communicate every details at the confirmation of booking
Right of withdrawal
Returned the total with the notice within thirty days before date of arrival. Return of 50% of the acknowledgment of at least fifteen days prior. No pre refund cancellations madewithin fifteen days prior to arrival.
